How could 90% of people be ABOVE average?!

Description

This video argues for intellectual humility in an age of algorithm-driven extremes. Using Aristotle’s “middle way,” it shows how virtue sits between deficiency and excess (e.g., generosity and courage), then applies that framework to beliefs: fundamentals, areas of expertise, and loosely held opinions. We critique overconfidence in public discourse (including politics, atheists and theists) and explains how saying “I don’t know” can improve truth-seeking, decision-making, likability, and wellbeing.
