What happens when someone sets out to put radio antennas on the Moon with almost no budget and a lot of prayer? And what can listening for the universe's first light teach us about the God who made it?

Host Brittney Brown talks with Dr. Carla Mitchell of the South African Radio Astronomy Observatory, founder of the Foundation for Space Development Africa and of Africa2Moon, which aims to place Africa's first radio telescope on the Moon. She explains the idea behind the project's "moon balls," why the far side of the Moon is the quietest place to listen to the early universe, and how a team of volunteer scientists and engineers secured a ride to the Moon.
