The "Health and Wealth" gospels often get a bad rap, dismissed as a misguided expression of faith. But scratch beneath the surface, and you'll uncover a web of distorted Biblical doctrines peddled by Word-Faith teachers. These include the notion that God is a mere mortal, Jesus was just a man during his earthly ministry, and humans are mini-deities. Perhaps most disturbingly, some claim that Jesus took on Satan's nature at the cross, requiring a rebirth from the depths of hell three days after his triumphant declaration, "It is finished." These theological aberrations are frequently masked by the glossy veneer of "health and wealth."
