The sudden rise of transgenderism has impacted so many aspects of culture and many Christians aren’t prepared to have conversations about it. How can we change that? Rejection of biblical sexuality isn’t new, but the arguments posed by this new ideology require Christians to think more deeply than ever about our beliefs concerning gender, sexuality, and identity. If we don’t understand the biblical grounds for the Christian sexual ethic, we’ll struggle to defend it. And unless we’re equipped with a basic knowledge of the scientific research, we’ll be hard-pressed to show how that research undercuts*,* rather than strengthens the case for transgenderism.
